Sports Nutrition

Services are available to all athletes – high school, club, or recreational. Some states currently require sports nutritionists to obtain a license or certificate from their Board of Nutrition in order to practice, while other states do not. We want you to up your game by being armed with the best workout regimen, nutrition plan, and bodybuilding supplements available, so we provide all the tools to make that happen. I am very excited to take my sports nutrition to the next level and make a huge step up in my professional rugby career. Supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders and sports men and women to boost their strength, performance and recovery.

The second tool is an incredibly comprehensive section on supplementation which explains why nutrition supplements are vital to health and well-being and how they can diminish pain, fatigue, lack of endurance, mood swings, and cravings for sugar or fat.

In an effort to continue moving forward with support services for student-athletes at The University of Virginia, the Athletics Department hired a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics to help educated the student-athletes and coaches on appropriate food choices to enhance performance.
