The College of Health and Fitness is situated in The Evergreen Centre at North Lakes. Yes, towel usage is a condition of entry for the Health Club, Group Fitness Studio, Cycle Studio and Lifestyle Room. All of the programs on offer, including group fitness classes, personal training sessions and Boot Camp programs are suitable for all fitness types – beginners through to advanced fitness enthusiasts!
In addition to our large area for cardio and strength machines, outdoor track, and exercise studio, we are one of only a few fitness centers in the Triangle that has an indoor track and indoor saline pool.
